Breaking the Ice – the your initial step
The Ice-breaker is simply your initial half hour consultation. This is your opportunity to learn more about my practice and technique, as well as my opportunity to get to know you and for the both of us to determine whether this will be a good match going forward. You and I will discuss your unique situation in depth and determine how I can help you reach your personal goals.
This consultation comes at no cost. Prior to our meeting, I will have you fill out a form summarizing your personal history, including past and current habits. This is so I can learn more about you and focus on the areas in which youneed coaching. We can also fill it out verbally at your consultation. Alternatively, you can also download it from one of the links on this site and fill it out before the session. Filling the form in advance will give us more time to explore your unique situation.
At the end of the Ice-Breaker, we decide together which type of program fits into your daily work, personal and exercise routine. Each program is tailor made by the both of us.
